Inspired by the lush orchards producing 5000 to 6000 tonnes of mangoes annually in Kuttiattoor, our journey began with a mission to transform the agro-processing sector and protect the local mango farmers. Recognizing the challenge of post-harvest losses, we took the initiative to establish the Kuttiattoor Mango FPC, a hub of sustainable practices and community empowerment.

Our Mission:
At Kuttiattoor Mango FPC, we are committed to harnessing the potential of the abundant mango harvests in Kuttiattoor, ensuring that the fruits of our farmers’ labor reach far beyond the local market. By establishing a Mango Processing Centre in March and April, we not only prevent post-harvest losses but also create a thriving ecosystem for value-added diversified products, generating employment opportunities for Self Help Groups (SHGs).

Members of SHGs in the Kuttiyattoor area are not only trained in processing value-added products but also actively contribute to creating awareness about Kuttiyattoor mangoes. As shareholders of our FPC, SHG members benefit economically from the production and sale of these value-added products.
